New Palos Heights Clinic Opening May 4th

Access Physical Therapy, Inc. is proud to announce the opening of its new clinic in Palos Heights to serve the residents, businesses, and commuters of the greater Palos area. Access Physical Therapy – Palos Heights is located at 11845 Southwest Highway near West College Drive, just north of the Palos Community Hospital. The newest of APT’s locations will start treating patients on Monday, May 4, 2015. Each of APT’s clinics provide Complimentary Injury Screenings, Physical Therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Manual Therapy, Sports Medicine, Work Conditioning and Dry Needling. Starting Monday, April 27 patients can begin scheduling appointments, including Complimentary Injury Screenings, by calling (708) 255-0215.


Mark your calendars and join us for our GRAND OPENING on May 20, 2015 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The event will feature free food and beverage, raffle prizes, giveaways, ribbon cutting with the Mayor of Palos Heights at 11:30, and tours of the facility.


At Access Physical Therapy we strive to provide patients with quality physical therapy in a friendly environment. Each patient receives specialized treatment based on their individual situation to safely get them back to their daily activities, back in the game, or back on the job.


Mohammed Abed, PTA will be the Clinical Director for Palos Heights and is excited to open the doors to our new clinic after having been with Access Physical Therapy since 2013. Mohammed graduated from Fox College with a degree in Applied Sciences, became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2011, and is certified in Work Conditioning and Work Hardening. In addition to his vast knowledge and ability to aid patients in understanding their treatment, Mohammed’s incredible talent in making patients feel comfortable and relaxed will help their experience be even more beneficial.


Andrew Moy, PT, DPT - who will assist in opening the clinic - earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Since joining Access Physical Therapy in January 2014, Andrew has been a great asset to the company and has gained the trust and likes of both patients and physicians throughout the community. He is certified in Functional Capacity Evaluations and Upper Extremity Dry Needling, and pursuing Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapy designations.
